Ginny hadn't been feeling well. She had excused herself from dinner to lie down. She knew that what she was feeling was contractions. She also knew that this was at least two weeks early. Or so the doctor on the ship had said. So if she just lay down for a little while, they should go away. She had gotten to her room okay. She had peed like nobody's business (all that contracting did a number on her bladder!). Then she had pulled on a long nightgown and climbed into bed. The contractions got worse and worse, but Ginny just felt too tired to do anything about it. She thought, somewhere in the back of her mind, that she ought to get up and find the doctor... or at least someone who had been through childbirth before. But she just kept getting more and more tired. And as the contractions got worse, Ginny fell deeper and deeper asleep. She was absolutely positively dead asleep. A typhoon probably wouldn't haven woken her up.

So, this isn't my flat. Which I know, because it smells like sea air and not a garbage dump. And because it's a boat. All my things are shoved in this room, and I have no sodding idea where I am, but from what I gather - that's sort of the norm for when people pop up here, yeah? The norm for the un-normal.
I'm Teddy Lupin. Anyone want to tell me what's going on? Hugo, I thought I saw you writing somewhere before - you usually know what's going on, yeah?
As far as boats go at least though, this seems pretty bloody posh!

Anywhoo, at the urging of certain people, I'm starting a Heroes community. Frost is helping. Every Wednesday at 12:30pm, the "Study Group" meets in the Wizarding Library. I have a little sign that I put up on the table so that new members can come and find us. Each week we research a different topic. I'm not sure what the topic is for this week, since last week our session was canceled due to New Years Eve celebrations.
Please come and join us if you can today. If you cannot today, but are still interested, leave me a note and let me know. If you have any ideas for topics of study, please feel free to let me know those as well.

Wow jeez! Sorry, everyone! I've been quiet, huh? I've been pretty busy playing all those new cool games with Georgina, and kind of lost track of life.
That plus Quidditch practice makes me wanna sleep all day.
Anyway, thanks everyone for all the BRILLIANT gifts, I rather love them all.
And Georgie? you knit beautifully. I love my scarf. I might never take it off.
